Recently had a horrible experience with another dealer and took a trip with the wife to Buckeye Superstore. Both of us walked out with newer vehicles and the team at Buckeye Superstore were all easy to deal with. Never felt pressured and Fred the finance manager was the best I’ve ever dealt with, literally explains everything and stayed late to answer all of our questions. 10/10 would recommend

Absolutely great experience with these guys. We stopped in just to shop around to see what they had. Allen was Absolutely professional and got me pretty much everything we'd asked for . Tho they got me around 35 bucks higher than what I wanted. But thats only because I get the best extended warranty they offered. And they changed the oil and put new tires on it free of charge. Can't ask much more than that. After my truck is paid off . Ill be going back for a new ride of my own . The wife is very happy with her new car. Thank you guys so much . 5 stars all day !!!

I came here with almost zero hope of being approved for anything at all but luckily I gave it a shot. I reluctantly text Penny yesterday (11/4) and told her my exact situation, no cash, a less than desirable trade-in with $5k still owed, credit that would make a grown man cry. She said come on in and let's see what we can do for you. She then suggested I see Andy. So I went in first thing in the morning (11/5) and sat down with Mister Andy Shepard and explained my situation. I still have next to zero hope at this point. We went for a test drive in a nice little Kia Soul. I'd mentioned I was interested. He disappears for a few mintues, comes back, drops some paperwork on the table and says, there ya go, we got you approved! I literally had tears of joy. All that said, I'm the proud recipient of a 2020 Kia Soul with only 40k miles. They even let me try some local pizza they ordered, that was a nice treat. I absolutely highly recommend this establishment. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Excellent work by the entire staff, kudos to you all. Thank you all so much for this life changing experience.

My experience with Buckeye are mixed. The service department is phenomenal. I had three cars serviced there regularly. A hair over priced but they kept my cars up to date. They run great. Never an issue. I purchased a 2020 jeep and 2019 Dodge Ram. I have had them 5 years and 4 years. Never an issue with either. My issue comes with my most recent experience. Perhaps it was a little irrational on my behalf but I was upset they didn't give me an offer on my mustang I was selling. Maybe because I love the car. Either way I felt a little disrespected. So I called and left a message. They reached out to me trying to smooth it over but in turn, made the situation worse. Showed me that some folks are liars. Although the service department is Phenomenal and their cars are good, some folks working there are just dishonest. They knew who I sold the car to. How? Said they recommended me to the person who did buy it which was 100% false. Then said they jist dont buy and sell cars that age. Then why did they reach out to me to potentially buy it? Doesn't make sense. Just dug their hole deeper rather than jist letting me speak my final words. I love their service department but I just dont think I can give them any more of my service and $$ with the dishonesty I just experienced.

Amazingggggggg. Have been sending everyone I can there I loved the people and the service and the prices.

The service department is amazing but I'd probably never buy another car from here. I understand that things happened but before I bought the car I pointed out something was wrong. I was assured that the would do an inspection and fix anything and detailed it before it was sold to me. The detailing part never happened. When I took it for my first oil change/ tire rotation for free my tires weren't rotated and I thought that was included probably a poor communication issue. Otherwise everyone in the service department is very patient and compassionate. The only issue I had with that department was I was told my car would be ready a certain day and it wasn't. Once again I understand things happen but the lack of communication was upsetting. Why didn't anyone call to tell me there would be an extra day delay. I also wish there was a rental vehicle for service that takes more than 1 day.

Everyone was very nice! If you ever need a car, truck or etc. I would go and see them

Just stopped by I had an engine light on. They checked it out right away. They did an update and I was on my way.

I had a very great experience. Spoke to Nate regarding my trade prior to driving out from Columbus. Once I was at the dealership Nate greeted me and it wasn’t too long before a deal was being written up. Financing got me a better interest rate than my credit union. All said and done, it seemed like I was in and out. Probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Friendly, outgoing, honest team of people. Went above and beyond to make thing work. Now I have a nice truck I can depend on, plus a low payment.

I’ve bought a lot of cars. The experience at Buckeye Superstore was tops. Bert in sales is helpful and honest. Chris is the best finance manager I’ve ever dealt with. They treated me with respect, fairness and integrity. I can’t overstate how rare those qualities are in car dealerships. Highly recommend going here to buy your next car, truck or SUV.

Excellent service department. Jonathan and Olivia are very helpful. The technician does a very thorough job checking my Jeep. And the work is done right.

Even was my sales rep. He was absolutely amazing, someone who you could actually see yourself being friends with. He was very personable and extremely easy to connect with. They did not have exactly what I was wanting in a 2025 Jeep Wrangler so Evan walked us through, step by step to custom order exactly what we wanted. I wanted a Sahara but the Sahara did not come in the Mojito color that I wanted. So Evan explained that we could go with a Sport S and add any and/or all the Sahara options that I wanted (aside from the matching body color top). After placing our order, it only took like 27 days for us to get it. I was shocked that it only took that long to build my custom Wrangler from scratch. I absolutely LOVE my Wrangler and I may never do business with anyone, other than Buckeye, ever again. I have bought many vehicles in my time and this was by far my best experience that I've ever had. Even the closing of the deal took less than 20 minutes... probably would have taken less but I talk a lot. Lol

Great experience. Nate was very easy to work with and showed us several options that fit within our budget, while trying to get us a price that wasn’t “low” due to a long loan term. 10/10 experience!
