Friendly group and they do good work, but I was a little disappointed that the price I was quoted went up. I assume this is because I presented a 10% off coupon, which for some reason was only applied at 5% off invoice after adding additional markup on the parts. Ultimately the 10% off coupon had a real value of 3% off after the "markup from retail." I would just rather they not honor the coupon, then I wouldn't have lost confidence in returning, or just don't offer the coupon. More than likely won't return here as I have closer options.
