What’s the Difference Between a Service and Collision Center?

A lot of drivers think that a service center and a collision center are one and the same, a sort of one-stop shop for all auto work. However, there are some differences between these two types of establishments. Our car service center in Shelby, OH offers a variety of maintenance services and can provide expert advice on your Jeep® SUV, RAM truck, Dodge car, or Chrysler vehicle.
What Is a Service Center?
A service center provides routine maintenance on your vehicle. This includes oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, brake pad replacements, and other mechanical and everyday functioning needs. To complement our auto service, we also host a well-stocked parts center. Whatever replacement or upgrade your vehicle requires, you’re sure to find it here at our dealership. We only use OEM Mopar® products.
We often offer service and parts specials to help you save on your next visit.
What Is a Collision Center?
A collisions center is where you take your car after an accident for restoration purposes. For example, if body work needs to be done such as scratch or dent repair, collision specialists are able to restore your car back to normal.
Here at Buckeye Superstore, our specialists can provide you with a variety of services for your car, truck, or SUV. These include wheel balances, auto glass repair, oil changes, transmission repair, and more. You can reach our service center at (888) 841-6795 to schedule an appointment today.
When looking for your next vehicle or a reliable service center, visit our Jeep dealership in Shelby, OH, your local service contract recommended dealer. We are located at 278 Mansfield Ave and look forward to working with you soon!

6th Annual 18 Aces to Conquer Cancer Event Proves to be a Success

Our team at Buckeye Superstore and the Low Payment Kings would like to give a special thanks to everyone that came out to our 6th annual 18 Aces to Conquer Cancer event on June 13, 2018 at the Monroe Golf & Country Club. We were a proud supporter of this event that turned out to be a complete success.
At this year’s event, $22,174 was raised for Karmanos Pancreatic Cancer Research; this is over $10,000 more than last year’s earnings! The funds will, of course, go to pancreatic cancer research and patient aid.
Last month, Aretha Franklin passed away from pancreatic cancer, bringing more awareness to the general public of the disease. It’s estimated that 55,000 people will be diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2018, according to the American Cancer Society. It is even the fourth leading cause of cancer death in both men and women.
The Karmanos Cancer Institute is one of 41 National Cancer Institute centers in the U.S. The center’s aim is to prevent, detect, and eradicate all forms of cancer, not just pancreatic.
While raising money during the event, participants also had a chance to win a new vehicle lease on cars like a new RAM truck, Dodge car, or Chrysler model for every hole-in-one made. After golf, we held a dinner with live and silent auctions. The entire event was a success – those in attendance were able to have fun while raising money for a great charitable cause.
If you couldn’t make it this year, don’t fret! We’re hosting the 18 Aces to Conquer Cancer event again next year on March 19, 2019 at the Country Club of Winter Haven.
We couldn’t have been as successful as we were without the support of our loyal customers, friends, and family. To learn more about the event or other ways our new car dealership near Mansfield, OH gives back to the community, feel free to get in touch with our Dodge dealers at 888-997-5135.
